Over thinking and worry, etc. leads to stinking negative thinking, decreases serotonin in the brain, which leads to depression. Positive thinking increases serotonin in the brain. From an article: “Changing your thinking habits may have a physical impact on your serotonin levels. By developing your positive thinking skills, either independently or with the help of a counselor or psychologist, you may be able to alter your brain metabolism to encourage higher serotonin production. Although controlling whether your thoughts are positive or negative can be a difficult task, choosing to view your experiences, relationships and life in general in a positive way may help you maintain high serotonin levels.” ~ Sue Rosinbum
That is what my doctor told me that you think too much in non significant things this is why you are slow. He also said it drains your power and makes you exhausted because we put a lot of thoughts mourning the past and worrying about the future while we should focus our power on the moment. ~ Rain Adel
